About Gramm- Odessa Personal Injury Attorney
Gramm Klein was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas before attending Texas A&M University where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in both Spanish and Communication. After Texas A&M, Gramm decided to pursue his legal education at South Texas College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in May 2018.

During his time at South Texas College of Law, Gramm was considered one of the top law school advocates in the country. His advocacy career included multiple appearances in the National Trial Competition and a selection to represent South Texas in Baylor Law School's "Top Gun" National Mock Trial Competition. Also, Gramm worked as a law clerk in a variety of different areas including personal injury, oil and gas, and provided pro-bono legal assistance for low-income individuals on behalf of the State Bar of Texas.
Prior to joining the Herring Law Firm, Gramm was an Associate at Steven S. Toeppich & Associates, PLLC, representing upstream and midstream energy companies in a variety of transactional matters.
